First, spray the bushings with WD-40, and see if the noise is gone. It could be coming from the control arm bushings rather than sway bar.

buy new bushings and/or tighten them or get harder bushings

do people usually have really hard bushings or do they keep them loose??cuz when i ollie down alot of stairs i usually lean alot to one side but when i see other people they dont even budge and there ollieing like 20 stairs!!

is it going over ur kingpin or the nut on top of the kingpin? If it is going over the nut then u have to cut it off using a razor blade or something similar.
And nxt time use a washer
